About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Your responsibilities will include handling shipments, organizing stock, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities Health & Safety / Warehouse Organization

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety shoes.
• Report any safety hazards or potential risks to the warehouse manager.
• Use proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyor belts.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and keeping work areas tidy.
• Ensure items are stored securely and neatly to reduce the risk of accidents or damage.

Workflow & Quality / Inventory Control

• Follow all warehouse policies and instructions given by the reporting manager.
• Load outgoing shipments onto vans, trucks, or containers, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently.
• Unload incoming shipments and move them to designated areas.
• Prepare cargo for events by picking, weighing, entering data, and storing items properly.
• Process returned event cargo by sorting, quality checking, counting, weighing, entering data, and restocking.
• Assist in safely operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts or pallet jacks – forklift license required).
• Report inventory discrepancies such as missing, broken, or damaged items to the manager.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues, team leaders, and managers to complete daily tasks.
• Communicate efficiently with the team to resolve any issues or challenges during operations.
• Support with hanging, sorting, and storing incoming items when needed.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus, but not required.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Forklift license (preferred, but not mandatory for all tasks).
