  Each box is individually curated, so please note that dispatch may take up to 48 working hours from the time your order is completed

• Can I return the item if I choose the wrong size?

  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. Each box is carefully hand-picked.

• Can I request a refund?

  We do not offer refunds. Our Mystery Boxes are uniquely curated, and all sales are final.

  You’ll find a detailed description of each box on its product page. While the specific items may vary, each one is hand-selected with care and love by our team.

• Are the sizes true to size?

  Our sizing is generally accurate, but since all garments are vintage and second-hand, they may have shrunk or stretched over time. For the best fit, we recommend sizing up—comfort is key!
